FAQs
1. When do I get paid?
All commission checks are released every Monday for the previous week. If Monday is a holiday, then it will go out that Tuesday. If you do not reach the minimum payout amount, then the balance will carry forward to the next week. Our track record for on-time payouts is great so you will have nothing to worry about.

2. Is there a minimum payout?
Yes. The minimum payout for the "DVD Program" is $25. If your commission for the week is less than $25, the amount will be rolled over to the next week until the minimum is reached. You can set the minimum payout for the "Subscription program" in the admin panel. You can also change the minimum payout amount for the "DVD program" in the admin panel.

3. How do I change my account information?
You can edit your account information by logging into the appropriate program admin panel and then clicking the "Account Info" button.

4. Where are my linking codes & banners?
For the DVD program your affiliate linking codes to the store are automatically generated for you and can be found in the "Get Link Codes" link found in the left navigation of the site after you log in to your account.

5. Are there any deductions taken from my check?
The only deductions from your commission is a small processing fee charged by CCbill in which we split with you. If we receive chargebacks from the customers who sign up we will debit your account for the commission. This almost never happens with the Subcription program but we do occasionally receive product chargebacks.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participating in the Black Porn Cash affiliate program. In this agreement "Affiliate" refers to you (the applicant) and your site. This Agreement will commence on the date you submit and complete our Affiliate form or when you start to promote, send traffic to any one of Black Porn Cash. / Domains this agreement will continue unless terminated by either party in writing.

Payments:
You will receive 50% of every subscription sale & rebill made via your affiliate refferal ID. Affiliates will be paid directly via CCBill on a weekly or bi-weekly  basis as selected by the affiliate. Black Porn Cash is not responsible in any way for payments from these companies, all correspondence regarding payments must be addressed to the customer support department of each individual processor.

If you join the "DVD Program" you will be paid on a tier system which is based on performance. The commissions for this program are paid weekly with a minimum payout of $25.

We reserve the right to withhold payment to any Affiliate that exhibits questionable practices and activity as listed on Black Porn Cash. We have developed advanced software security systems to monitor all Affiliates activities and highlight those of questionable activity.

Image/ Banner  Placement Rules:
The Affiliate Program content is supplied by Black Porn Cash and all pages showing our images must have a link back to one of the Black Porn Cash sites and under no circumstances should any of our content be used to advertise or promote in any way a third parties site. Doing so will result in an immediate cancellation of the Affiliates account and forfeit of any and all outstanding monies due.

Affiliates responsibility & Liability:
You will be solely responsible and liable for the development, operation and maintenance of your site and for all materials that appear on your site. You are responsible to indemnify and hold Black Porn Cash and its associate companies / websites and officers harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, expenses, losses, damages or attorney fees arising from any and all claims and lawsuits for libel, slander, copyright and trademark violation as well as all other claims resulting from Affiliates Site's, advertiser's web pages or promotional methods. In case of changes of the terms and conditions you are responsible to comply with all new rules within 10 days of receiving new agreement.

Limitation of Responsibility:
We will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or Program. We make no representation that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors. Black Porn Cash will not be responsible for loss due to down times, because of complications with the hosting equipment or technical errors. We retain the right to change the Affiliate Program terms and conditions at any time or to terminate the program at our sole discretion .

Prohibitive actions by Affiliates:
Spamming on the search engines, news groups or mailing lists is strictly prohibited.

Any acquisitions from URL's that contain or promote child porn, bestiality and password selling are strictly forbidden. Any click or traffic generation or duplicate memberships whether automated or manually induced are prohibited and will cause termination of this agreement and forfeit all monies due under it. If you are applying to join our Program with the intent to generate fraudulent memberships using stolen credit cards , be advised that our software will report this activity to us. Fraudulent activity will result in non-payment, removal from our Affiliate Program  immediate legal action and reports being sent to all online processors of this activity.

Termination of Agreement:
Black Porn Cash has the right to terminate an Affiliates account at any time without any reasons and/or explanations. The Affiliate understands and agrees that termination of an account will result in the forfeit of all the Affiliate's commissions. The Affiliate understands and agrees that Black Porn Cash and its officers shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud or any violation of its rules and any decision it makes relating to termination of accounts shall be final and binding.  Any Affiliate caught spamming or using automated scripts or other techniques used to generate fictitious traffic / memberships will be terminated without warning and shall forfeit any commissions due. We reserve the right to cancel Affiliate status at any time effective immediately upon sending an electronic message to the e-mail address that you have provided. If the address provided is not a valid address The Affiliate will be deemed notified and their account suspended indefinitely. Either party may cancel this Agreement immediately, at any time by notification in writing by e-mail.

By completing the affiliate join form you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions.

Rules to abide by when promoting any Black Porn Cash program.

Do not send out e-mail spam of any sort.

(double opt-in programs are sometimes allowed with written permission of an officer of Black Porn Cash and upon verification of said program )

Do not duplicate any of Black Porn Cash site tours and host it on your servers.

Do not promote other sites using Black Porn Cash promotional content.

Do not spam or post on news groups to promote any of Black Porn Cash sites ( no exceptions)

Remember when placing images to promote any  Black Porn Cash site remember to link your affiliate code to ensure you get full credit for each and every sale.
